摘要
本文研究了碱性离子交换树脂催化碳酸丙烯酯水解反应制备1,2-丙二醇。详细考察了催化剂种类及其用量、酯水比、反应温度与反应时间对碳酸丙烯酯水解反应的影响。在最佳反应条件下碳酸丙烯酯的转化率和1,2-丙二醇的选择性均大于99%;同时考察了最佳反应条件下催化剂的重复使用性。
Hydrolysis of propylene carbonate to 1,2-propylene glycol was performed by using a basic ion exchange resin.The effects of temperature,reaction time,the molar ratio of water to propylene carbonate,choice of catalyst,and the amount of catalyst were investigated.It was found that more than 99% conversion and selectivity were obtained in the presence of basic ion exchange resin under the optimum conditions.Additionally,the catalyst could be reused at least up to three times with slight loss of catalytic activity.
