摘要
组织文化是组织的灵魂,建设以馆员为核心的图书馆组织文化符合"以人为本"的现代组织管理理念,是图书馆组织长远发展的关键。本文从现代组织文化理论出发,在阐明图书馆组织文化内涵的基础上,从组织的使命设计、"愿景"整合、核心价值观和组织发展理念的提出到馆员形象设计、组织制度设计以及物质环境建设等多方面提出一些建设以馆员为核心的图书馆组织文化的设想。
Organizational culture is the soul of organization, Taking librarians as the core, to construict the human - oriented organizational management concept of organizational culture is the key factor to the long - term development of library organizations. Based on introducing the organizational cultural theory and cultural content, this paper put forward some proposals to construct the librarian-oriented organizational culture including the mission design, the shared vision integration, core values, as well as the image design, the organizational structure and the substance environment construction.
