摘要
针对高速公路建设项目环境影响评价在工程可行性研究阶段对取土、弃渣数量确定的不合理性,指出了用分段土石方平衡方法可确定取土、弃渣数量,以减少对生态环境的破坏,并给出了工程运用的实例。
Related to the unreasonable amounts of borrowing and spoiling soil or stone in the feasible research stage of environmental impact assessment of highway construction projects, the thesis proposed by the approach of earthwork's balance in every part to determining the quantity of borrowing and spoiling soil or stone so as to reduce the destruction to the ecological environment, and gave the example in the project.
