摘要
系统地分析了电动机的故障特征,提出基于检测故障电流正序、负序和零序电流分量的故障保护判据,同时根据电动机的发热特性,建立了基于电流模拟的电机热模型,推导了该模型的计算方法.采用超低功耗MSP430单片机实现电动机保护的检测,实现了电动机多功能故障保护以及参数的数字化整定.
Analyzing the fault- characteristic of motor, the fault - criterion is gained, which is based on the detection of the positive - sequence, negative - sequence and zero - sequence current, meanwhile, according to the thermal features, motor thermal model based on current- fabrication is established,arithmetic of the thermal model is inferred. Using super low work loss MSP430 micro - controller unit to realize the monitoring of the motor and achieve synthesize protection to various fault of motor and digital enactment of the parameter.
