摘要
提出了一个反映挤压件前端内缩程度的参数——前端内缩量(Δh),作为紧固件挤压成形效果的评价标准之一。基于弹塑性有限元数值模拟技术,采用DEFORM-3D软件对不同挤压参数(挤压速度V、凹模半锥角α/2)下TC16紧固件冷挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟研究,获得了挤压力、温度场分布、平均温升和前端内缩量随挤压参数变化的规律,为TC16紧固件挤压参数优化提供了理论参考。
A new parameter, namely concavity, was proposed for cold extrusion process of titanium alloy fastener to describe the degree of concavity in the front of the workpiece. With the help of the DEFORM-3D, the elastic-plastic finite element method was used to carry out the numerical simulation research on the cold extrusion process of the fastener with different extrusion parameters (such as extrusion speed, half cone angle of female die). The change of the extrusion load, distribution of temperature fields, average temperature rise and the concavity were obtained. It provided a theoretic reference to optimize the extrusion parameters on TC16 fastener cold extrusion.
