摘要
目的评价Nd:YAG激光改善固定正畸患者牙周状况的效果。方法选择接受固定正畸治疗的男性患者20例,以右下颌第一磨牙为实验牙,左下颌第一磨牙为对照牙,分别比较在正畸治疗开始前、激光与超声洁牙治疗前以及两种治疗1周后的龈沟液(GCF)量、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)与天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平的变化。结果激光治疗和超声洁牙手术均能降低GCF量、ALP及AST水平(P<0.05),但激光治疗后局部GCF量,AST及ALP水平较超声洁牙后降幅更大(P<0.05)。结论Nd:YAG激光可应用于固定正畸患者以改善其牙周状况,有较好的效果。
Objective To detect the changes in the quantities for gingival crevicular fluid（GCF） and the levels of aspartate aminotranferase（AST） and alkaline phosphatase（ALP） among the fixed orthodontic patients before and after Nd ：YAG laser or ultrasonic scaling treatments, and evluate the curative effects of Nd ： YAG laser on the amelioration for periodontal status of patients with fixed orthodontic appliances. Methods Twenty fixed orthodontic male patients were selected and to the set right mandibular first molar as experimental tooth and left one as control tooth. Respectively, campared the quantities of GCF, levels of ALP and AST while prior orthodontics, Nd ： YAG laser or ultrasonic scaling treatments and 1 week after laser and scaling therapy.Results Laser and uhrasonic scaling therapy cut down the quantities of GCF and degraded the levels of ALP and AST （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, the depressed amplitude of GCF, ALP and AST after laser treatment was more manifest than ultrasonic scaling one.Conclusions Nd ： YAG laser therapy can put in use of ameliorating the periodontal status of fixed orthodontic patients.
