猕猴桃过氧化物同工酶研究 被引量:14

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法,测定了猕猴桃不同种、不同器官、雌雄株以及嫁接苗与组培苗的过氧化物同工酶,对酶谱特征进行了分析。结果表明,美味猕猴桃(海沃德为代表)与中华猕猴桃(皖蜜为代表)叶片虽有共同的酶带,但都有自身酶谱的特异性。美味猕猴桃不同器官酶谱也具有特异性;猕猴桃雌雄株没有发现特殊的“性酶带”,但是雄株酶带活性明显高于雌株;中华猕猴桃嫁接苗与组培苗酶谱差异无规律可循。 Peroxidase isoenzymatics patterns of different organs,male and female plant,graft plant and regenerated plant from tissue culture of yangtao were investigated.Leaf of two yangtao species,Helder and Wanmi share the same peroxidase isoenzymatic pattern though there was still some specificity on certain bands which was also observed on isoenzymatic patterns of different organs of the plant.No 'sexual band' was observed on male and femal plant,but isoenzymatic bands of male plants were darker that those of femal plants which suggest higher peroxidase enzymatic activity of the male plant.There were no significant differences on peroxidase isoenzymatic pattern between graft plants and regenerated plant from tissue culture.
