摘要
现代研究表明雷公藤具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑制免疫等多方面作用,被广泛应用于临床治疗各种疾病,在肾脏病领域尤其在IgA肾病(IgAN)的治疗中取得了瞩目的疗效,就雷公藤制剂治疗IgA肾病的现状及展望作一综述。
The modern research shows that Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook has functions of anti-inflammation, anti-tumor and immune inhibition. It is broadly used in treating clinical diseases, esp. its application in nephritic diseases gets noticeable cure effect,i. e. IgA nephrosis（IgAN）. The article makes review and status on Tripterygium Wifordii Hook preparation treating IgAN.
