摘要
气动分配阀是在循环流化床双床系统中使用的返料与分流装置,其运行特性直接关系循环流化床双床系统的顺利运行。通过冷态模拟试验,研究了气动分配阀在不同压力条件下的运行特性,其中包括气动分配阀的一区与二区控制风、料腿中的料位高度及二区出口压力对气动分配阀运行特性的影响。试验结果表明:只有在返料出口压力低于返料临界压力的条件下,气动分配阀才能正常工作;在本试验条件下的最大返料临界压力为3 000 Pa;气动分配阀的返料临界压力和固体物料流率与控制风、料腿中料位高度等都有直接关系,并且由气动配阀中的压力平衡关系决定。
A pneumatic distribution valve is used as feed-back and distribution re-circulation ash in a circulating fluidized bed with additional fluidized bed, so called as a dual-bed system. The stability of the dual-bed system can be influenced strongly by the performance of the valve. The adjusting characteristics of the peneumatic distribution valve under different pressure, fluidization air and leg heights of sand were investigated on a cold test rig. The results showed that the pneumatic distribution valve could be operated only when the pressure was smaller than the returning critical pressure, solid material flow rates could be adjusted with the control air, leg heights and pressure.
