摘要
对炼油厂加氢裂化装置生产过程中的分离器内壁结垢及腐蚀原因进行了分析。采用水基清洗剂对分离器内壁的焦垢、油积碳垢等进行了的化学清洗,避免了金属表面的腐蚀及压缩机进、排气阀堵死,延长了压缩机的使用寿命。
This paper analyzes the scaling and corrosion in the inside wall of the separator in the process of hydrogenation and separation of oil refine factory. By applying the water based clean agent to clean the coke fouling and oil carbon scale in the inside wall of the separator, we avoid the corrosion on the metal surface and the blocking in the compressor and exhaust valve, extend the life time of the compressor.
