摘要
采用化学预处理-膜法处理电厂锅炉EDTA清洗废水。首先加入NaOH溶液,将废水pH调至13以上,以去除金属离子;然后用硫酸将滤液pH调至0.5以下,以析出EDTA;再用纳滤和反渗透系统净化滤液,以使出水达到排放要求。试验结果表明,当废水经碱酸法化学预处理、纳滤系统净化、再经反渗透处理后出水CODCr可达到100 mg/L,能直接排放。
Boiler EDTA cleaning wastewater from power plant was treated by membrane combining with chemical pretreatment. NaOH solution was first added to ensure that the wastewater pH was more than 13 to remove metal ion, sulphuric acid was then added to ensure that the filtrate pH was less than 0.5 to precipitate EDTA, finally supernatant fluid was treated by nanofiltration and osmosis sys- tem to ensure that the effluent could be drained directly. It was resulted that when wastewater by chemical alkali acid pretreatment, nanofiltration purification system, the reverse osmosis water treatment CODcr concentration was below 100 mg/L , can be letted directly .
