摘要
重点研究气体保护水射流的流场特性。基于FLUENT分析软件,利用多相流控制方程,对气体保护射流流场进行常压淹没和围压下的模拟仿真,并对仿真结果进行实验验证。仿真计算结果表明:在淹没状态下,气体保护能增大射流等速核的长度,大大提高射流的有效喷距。实验结果表明,在较大喷距下,气体保护对射流的破岩效果有利。实验结果能与仿真模拟结果吻合,证明了数值模拟的正确性。
This paper studies the flow field character of water jet with gas shrouded. And also the simulation of the velocity field of the mufti - phase flow outside the nozzle was carried out by muftiphase flow control equations and FLUENT software under the condition of MPaospheric pressure and ambient pressure. The simulation results indicate that the length of potential core of jet and jet length with gas shrouded will be increased at the flooding state. The simulation results were verified by experiments. The laboratory results indicate, within longer jet length, gas shrouded is favor of jet fractured rock. The laboratory results are accord with the simulation results, which verify the exactitude of simulation results .
