摘要 综述了国内外对土壤的植物有效态氟、植物的种类和植物各种组织对土壤氟富集能力差异、影响植物对土壤氟吸收及富集能力的各种因素,并提出了今后宜进一步加强的研究方向。土壤氟是植物中氟的重要来源,氟通过土壤-植物-动物-人体进行迁移、富集导致了一系列的环境污染和健康危害问题;水溶态氟是表征土壤氟对植物有效性的经济、有效的指标;由于植物本身和土壤两方面因素的影响,不同植物或同一植物的不同组织在不同生长期对土壤氟吸收、富集能力有明显区别;植物吸收、富集土壤氟的具体生物化学机制仍有待深入研究。 The domestic and international researches on available fluoride for plants, the differences of ability of absorption and enrichment among varieties of plants and different parts of the same plants, and various influencing factors to the ability from soil conditions and plants itself were reviewed, and the further research direction was also pointed out. Soil fluoride was one of the important sources of plant fluoride, which could transport and accumulate through the link of soil-plant-animal-human body to cause a series of problems of environment pollution and human health. Water soluble fluoride was an economic and effective indicator to characterize the effectiveness of soil fluoride to plant. The ability of absorption and enrichment of soil fluoride of varieties of plants or different parts of the same plants in the different growing period, had a clear distinction as a result of the influence of soil conditions and plants itself. The biochemical mechanisms of absorption and enrichment of soil fluoride by plants need to be further studied.
