摘要
以汽车后轮罩板为研究对象,对其原有工艺方案进行分析,针对原有工艺方案的不足,提出新的工艺方案,并利用有限元分析软件Dynaform对该方案的成形过程进行数值模拟仿真,模拟结果验证了新工艺方案的合理性和可行性。采用该方案不仅能极大地提高材料利用率,降低模具成本,而且可以缩短模具设计周期,提高整体生产效率。
The original stamping process scheme for vehicle rear wheel arch is analyzed with its defect found and a new scheme proposed. A numerical simulation is conducted on the improved forming scheme using FEA software Dynaform. The results verify the rationality and feasibility of the new stamping scheme. Adopting the scheme can not only greatly increase the material utilization rate and reduce die cost, but also shorten the leadtime of die design and enhance the overall efficiency of production.
