摘要
提出了一种无需构建电机中性点,无需移相,只要对瞬时检测的三相端电压进行简单滤波比较后,就能直接得到与霍尔传感器输出一样的换相信号的新方法,详细分析了该方法的工作原理。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法与常规的检测方法相比在较宽的转速范围内具有良好的性能。
A new sensorless detection rotor position method for brushless DC motor without the motor neutral point and shift phase was presented. The commutation signals same as Hall sensor can be directly obtained from instantaneous three terminal voltages with simple filtering and comparison, its principle was detail analyzed. Theoretical analysis and experimental results showed superior over a wide operation when compared with the conventional solutions.
