摘要
通过对广东南岭国家森林公园叶蜂种类组成、分布和种群数量的调查,计算相对多度指数Ra、丰富度指数DMA、Shannon—Wiener多样性指数H'和均匀度指数J’;用Sorenson相似性系数Cs对不同样地叶蜂群落进行聚类分析。研究结果发现,南岭国家森林公园共有叶蜂65种,隶属于3科36属。不同月份和不同样地的DMA取值分别在3.1597~5.9066和2.0556~5.7395,H’分别在1.7591~2.4763和1.2136~2.7451,J’分别在0.6496~0.9099和0.4731~0.9629。对环境因子与多样性指数进行相关分析,结果表明环境因子(温度、湿度)与多样性指数没有明显的相关性。根据不同样地叶蜂群落的Cs进行聚类分析,6个样地的群落相似性系数在0.1025时全部聚合在一起。同时,探讨了海拔差异不大时,小生境对叶蜂多样性的影响;分析了乳源保护站和瀑布群相似性系数最高的原因。
The species composition,population size and distribution of sawfly in Nanling National Park were studied, and the relative abundance indexes (Ra),richness indexes (DMA),Shannon-Wiener diversity indexes (H') and evenness indexes (J') were analyzed,the system clustering of the sawfly communities for different sampling sites were analyzed by Sorenson coefficient (Cs). The result of the research showed that there were 65 species of sawfly in Nanling National Park,which belong to 36 genera and 3 families. The diversity measurements of sawfly in four different months and six different sampling sites showed that values of DMA range from 3. 157 9 to 5. 906 6 and from 2. 056 6 to 5. 739 5 respectively, H' range from 1. 759 1 to 2. 476 3 and from 1. 213 6 to 2. 745 1 respectively, and J' range from 0. 649 6 to 0. 909 9 and from 0. 473 1 to 0. 962 9 respectively. Correlation between diversity indexes and two environmental factors ,namely ,temperature and humidity was not significant by correlative analysis. Based on the similarity Cs,six sampling sites can be clustered at the level of 0. 102 5. The influence of sawfly diversity of habitat in collecting sites where altitudes were similar and the reason for the highest similarity coefficient of Ruyuan Reserve Station and Pubuqun were analyzed at the end.
