摘要
利用CAN总线的实时性和可靠性来提高数控机床的性能。上位机采用控制器S3C2410,通过SPI串行通讯接口,实现MCU与CAN总线控制器之间的通讯。由MCU传输的数据经过CAN控制器的处理,转换成符合CAN2.0协议的标准格式,以报文形式发送到CAN总线上的相关节点,完成对六轴伺服电机的运动控制。
Uses the real-time character and reliability of CAN BUS to improve the performance of CNC machine.The controller S3C2410 of position machine communicate with CAN bus controller through SPI interface. The datas transmitted by MCU is changed into standard format conforming to CAN 2.0 agreement by CAN controller. Then the datas are sent to related nodes of CAN BUS in the form of message,which to control five-axis sevro motor.
