摘要
以卷丹的鳞片作为外植体,比较不同激素浓度配比对鳞片的诱导增殖效果。结果表明,卷丹鳞片的最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L,可诱导出生长势较强、数量较多的不定芽;最适合的增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L。
Using the bulb scales from Lilium lancifolium as the explants, inoculation methods and the effect of plant hormones on inducement and proliferation were compared. The result indicated that the regeneration ability of external scales was better than the middle ones, which was better than the internal ones. The paraxial scales that faces upward were tend to induce buds, reversely, the paraxial scales that faces downward were tend to induce callus. The appropriate mediums for inducing bulb scales was MS +6-BA1.5 mg/L +NAA0.2 mg/L in which a large number of adventitious buds grew strongly. The best optimum medium for differentiation and subculture was MS + 6-BA1.0 mg/L +NAA0. 2 mg/L.
