摘要 以蚕丝、羊毛纤维织物为试样,采取豆渣包埋法进行降解试验,分析与比较被包埋织物的力学性能和结构特征。结果表明,两种纤维的降解特性有所不同。在被包埋2周后,羊毛和丝素的形态结构几乎没有变化;3周后,丝素表面仍然光滑,羊毛纤维的表面形态有些变化;在被包埋4周时,羊毛纤维的外观出现了明显的变化,同时丝素纤维和羊毛纤维的拉伸力学性能产生了改变。随着包埋时间的增加,两种纤维的结晶度都逐渐下降。 This paper analyzes the microstructures and mechanical properties of silk and wool fibers which are embedded in bean dregs. The experimental results indicate that the two kinds of protein fibers have some difference in biodegradation.The wool and silk fibers have few changes on the surfaces, when they have been embedded for 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, the surfaces of silk fibers are lubricity and that of wool have some changes. When time is prolonged to 4 weeks, the wool squama have been licked up flaws appeared on the surface of wool fibers, and the wool and silk fibers are weakened in tensile strength. With increasing biodegraded time, the crystal degrees of two fibers decrease.
