摘要
在激光的各方面应用中,从Si-PIN光电探测器的特性入手,针对探测激光回波信号所输出的微弱电信号,设计了一种实用的弱信号处理电路。包括低噪声宽带放大电路,信号二值化处理电路以及脉宽调整电路。使其输出信号与应用需要相匹配,为后级系统提供了稳定可靠的前级信号。该设计的实用性、可靠性从试验角度得到了验证。
Based on the characteristics of Si - PIN photodiode detector, in view of the weak electrical Signals by the output of photodiode detector receiving echo signals of laser, a circuit has been designed and developed for amplifying the weak signals and. binaryzating the signals in the laser detection system, making the processed signals match the need of the following control system.
