摘要
目的建立一种共振散射光谱分析法用于测定痕量醋酸氯己定的新方法。方法在pH2.21的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,丽春红-S和醋酸氯己定缔合形成离子缔合物,导致体系的共振散射强度增强。研究体系的光谱特征、适宜的反应条件和共存物质的影响等。结果醋酸氯己定浓度在2.41×10-7~1.73×10-5mol/L范围内与298nm处的共振散射强度成良好的线性关系,其回归方程为△IRS=20.03c-1.109,相关系数为0.9986,检出限为0.010μg/mL。用于醋酸氯己定栓含量的测定,回收率为98.1%~102.9%。结论本法快速、简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于药品醋酸氯己定含量的测定。
Objective A new resonance scattering spectral method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate was developed. Methods In pH 2.21 Britton-Robinson buffer solution,ponceau-s reacted with chlorhexidine acetate to form association microparticle ,causing an enhance of resonance scattering. The spectral characteristic of the system,the optimum reactive conditions and the effect of co-existing substances were investigated. Results The scattering intensity at 298 nm is linear to the chlorhexidine acetate concentration in the range of 2.41×10^-7-1.73×10^-5 mol/L, the detection limit, regress equation, coefficient was 0.010 μg/mL, △IRS =20.033c -1.109, 0.9986 respectively. The method was applied to the quantitative analysis of chlorhexidine acetate in suppository,with satisfactory results. The recovery was 98.1%-102.9%. Conclusions This method is simplicity and high sensitivity and good reproduction quality and can be used to detect chlorhexidine acetate in drug.
