摘要
胶粘剂是卫星制造过程中的常用材料,但其在空间环境中的出气可凝物会对卫星敏感器件产生污染,是一种潜在的污染源。参照QJ1558-88《真空中材料挥发性能测试方法》,收集了2种胶粘剂材料的出气可凝物,并对其出气可凝物利用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)仪进行了分析。分析结果表明,胶粘剂的出气可凝物成分主要是低分子量物质如增塑剂、软化剂、固化剂和其他副产物。
Adhesive is commonly-used material in the satellites,but it can produce considerable contaminations which pollute the sensitive surfaces,and is considered as a potential source of the contamination. Refer te the QJ1558-88(The Standard Outgassing Test Method for Materials Under Vacuum Environment) , some considerable contaminations derived from two kinds of adhesives were collected and characterized using GC-MC. The results shows that the main components of the residue are low-weight molecule, such as plasticizes, softning agent, curing agent and others by-products.
