摘要
对樟树正常植株与患黄化病植株的3年生枝条的木材解剖特征进行比较研究发现,一般在距轮始1/3轮宽处病株木质部常见伪年轮产生,受形成层的分生能力异常影响而非正常生长的导管分子直径及木纤维直径轮内径向变异趋势也与正常植株表现不同,出现异常波动,约2/3处又趋于正常,说明病害的发生对木材的构造特征的影响在一个生长周期内是阶段性的。分析表明樟树黄化病易导致木纤维胞壁增厚或应拉木的形成,导管分子及木纤维细胞的分生与功能分化受到相应的负面影响,尤其是导管比量的下降从一定程度上加剧了病害的发生。
The structure characteristics of branch of 3-year old Camphor tree between the health & the disease plant are compared. The results indicated that false ring appeared in the xylem, where the distance apart from the beginning about 1/3 ring-width in a diseased plant. There have different variation on vessel element diameter and wood fiber diameter between normal and diseased tree. It appeared abnormity undulates at 1/3 ring-width and turn to normal at 2/3 ring-width according, which showed that the influence of the disease on the lumber structure only in a special period during the whole growth cycle. The results also showed that the disease maybe result in the thickness of cell wall increased or tension wood formed and negative influence on the cell-division and function of vessel element and fiber cell, especially the decrease of vessel proportion increased the possibility of disease.
