肇庆九龙湖水源涵养林黑桫椤群落主要灌木种群的种间联结性研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用方差比率法,并通过2×2列联表2χ检验法及利用联结系数AC指数测定法、共同出现百分率PC值,研究九龙湖水源涵养林黑桫椤群落主要灌木树种的种间联结性。结果表明:(1)主要灌木种群间在总体上呈一定的正关联;(2)2×2列联表的2χ检验共有3对为极显著正关联,9对为显著正关联,4个种对为显著负关联;(3)联结系数AC指数标量出了黑桫椤群落样地中种对间的联结程度和相伴随出现的机率,主要灌木种群间的联结性不显著且联结程度较低。(4)PC值是用来测定物种间正联结程度强弱的指标,主要灌木种群间的PC值绝大多数在0.4以下,联结程度较弱;(5)种对间的正关联,主要是由于它们具有相近的生物学特性以及对生境具有相似的生态适应性所致,种对间的负关联主要是由于物种间的空间排斥,适应不同微环境的结果。 Interspecific association of the main shrub population in the Gymnosphaera podophylla community at Jiulong Lake water-conservation forest, Zhaoqing city were studied, using variance ration method, χ^2 -test of 2 × 2 contingency table, association coefficient ( AC ) and Jaccard association index ( PC ) . The results show that : ( 1 ) The overall relativity and interspecific association are definite positive association of the main shrub population in the Gymnosphaera podophylla community at Jiulong Lake Water-conservation Forest. (2) Positive association of 3 species-pairs forχ^2 -test are highly significant, 9 species-pairs forχ^2 -test are significant and negative association of 4 species-pairs are significant. (3) The association coefficient (AC) can be employed to show association degree of species-pair, and the percentage co-occurrence, it is comparatively low that association degree of majority of the main shrub population. (4) Jaccard association index is showed the close or incompact association between speciespairs, and the ACs are bellow 0. 4 , the associations between the main shrub population are incompact. (5)The species pairs showed positive association have similar biological traits that make them ecologically adaptive for similar habitats, and that showed negative association occur spaces repelling and adapt different micro-habitat.
