摘要
研究在基础饲料中分别添加不同剂量的那西肽(Nosiheptide)、黄霉素(Flavomycin)、大蒜素(Allitri-dum)对虹鳟(Oncrhynchus mykiss Walbaum)组织中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、溶菌酶(LSZ)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力的影响。在室内饲养虹鳟8周,结果显示,15 mg.kg-1大蒜素组与对照组相比极显著提高了肝脏与肾脏中CAT活性(P<0.01),显著提高了肝脏与肾脏中SOD活性(P<0.05),同时也显著提高了鳃中LSZ活性(P<0.05);2 mg.kg-1那西肽组在肝脏和肾脏中SOD活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2 mg.kg-1那西肽组与对照组相比分别极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)提高肾脏和肝脏中AKP活性,4 mg.kg-1那西肽组肾脏和肝脏中AKP活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);8 mg.kg-1黄霉素组和2 mg.kg-1那西肽组与4 mg.kg-1那西肽组和15 mg.kg-1大蒜素组肝脏中ACP活性分别极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于对照组,2 mg.kg-1那西肽组与8 mg.kg-1黄霉素组和4 mg.kg-1那西肽组肾脏中ACP活性分别极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)高于对照组;15 mg.kg-1大蒜素组显著降低了肝脏中MDA含量(P<0.05),2 mg.kg-1那西肽组显著降低了肾脏和鳃中MDA含量(P<0.05)。表明在饲料中添加不同饲料添加剂,能提高虹鳟的免疫活性和抗氧化能力,从而提高其对疾病的抵抗能力。
The effects of Nosiheptide,Flavomycin and Allitridum on the activities of catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), malonaldehyde' diethyl acetal ( MDA), lysozyme ( LSZ), acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in different tissues of Oncrhynchus mykiss Walbaum were studied by supplying various levels of feed additives in diets. For 56 days feeding of rainbow trout. The results indicated that compared with the control group,the activities of CAT in liver and kidney were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ), the activities of SOD in liver and kidney were significantly increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), at the same time, the activities of LSZ in gill were alSO significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05) when Allitridum supplement was at 15 mg·kg^-1 level. Compared with the control group, the activities of SOD were observed significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05) in liver and kidney when Nosiheptide supplement was at 2 mg·kg^-1 level. The activities of AKP were significantly increased in liver (P 〈 0. 01 ) and kidney (P 〈 0.05 ) respectively when Allitridum supplement was at 2 mg·kg^-1 level, and the activities of AKP were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in liver and kidney when Allitridum supplement was at 4 mg·kg^-1 level. In comparison with the control group, when Flavomycin and Nosiheptide supplement were at 8 mg·kg^-1 and 2 mg·kg^-1 levels, the activities of ACP in liver were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and when Nosiheptide and Allitridum supplement were at 4 mg·kg^-1 and 15 mg·kg^-1 levels, the activities of ACP in liver were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the control group, the MDA contents in liver were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) when Allitridum supplement Was at 15 mg·kg^-1 level, and the MDA contents in kidney and gill were significantly reduced (P 〈 0.05 ) when Nosiheptide supplement was at 2 mg·kg^-1 level. All the results showed that feed additives supplemented in the basal formulated diet promoted the immune functions and antioxidation of rainbow trout, which might result in high resistance to diseases.
