摘要
【目的】观察天麻素对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。【方法】采用CCl4致肝损伤模型,测定血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,以及肝组织中丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的活性,通过组间差别来研究天麻素的肝保护作用。【结果】天麻素能显著降低小鼠血清AST、ALT的活性(P<0.05);降低小鼠肝组织中MDA含量(P<0.05),提高肝组织NO的含量和SOD、iNOS的活性(P<0.05)。【结论】天麻素对造成的肝损伤具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化,以及提高肝组织NO含量和iNOS活性有关。
[Objective] To observe the protective effects of gastrodin on the liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice, to explore its possible mechanisms. [Methods] 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups: they axe normal group, liver injure group, biphenyl dicarboxylate ( BPD ) contral group and large, middle, small dose gastrodin treatment group ( 1000mg/kg, 500mg/kg, 300mg/kg) . Salt water, BPD and the large, middle and smaU dose of gastrodin were separately poured into the stomach of each group once in the same dose of 0.2ml/10g a day for eight days. 0.1% CCl4 was given into mice after the last drug treatment. Then to measure theactivity of ALT, ASP in serum, the activity of SOD, iNOS and the content of MDA and NO in liver tissue. [ Results] Gastrodin can significantly decrease the activity of ALT and ASP in serum ( P 〈 0.05) and remarkably decrease the levels of MDA in liver tissue, but the content of NO and the activity of iNOS and SOD was opposition. [Conclusions] Gastrodin plays a protective action against liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice through anti - lipid peroxide and increase the level of NO and the activity of iNOS in liver tissue.
