摘要
对等温淬火65Mn钢的磨料磨损机制进行了分析研究。结果表明,等温淬火65Mn钢磨料磨损是切削和塑变疲劳磨损。65Mn钢等温淬火可以显著提高其耐磨性,这与等温淬火后的组织(M回+B下+Ar)具有良好的综合性和减轻了塑变疲劳磨损有关。
Analyse and research the abrasive wear machineprocessed of isothermal hardening 65Mn steel.The result show,isothermal hardening 65Mn steel abrasive wear is cutting and plastic deformation fatigue wear.65Mn steel isothermal hardening can notably raise its wear resistance,this relating to the isothermal hardening Structure have good composite property and lighten plastic deformation fatigue wear.Key words 65Mn Steel Isothermal Hardening Abrasive Wear Cutting Plastic Deformation
