摘要
分析了现行工资制度存在的主要问题,论述了绩效工资的设计原则和构成,提出了岗位绩效工资制的管理办法。
This paper analyzes the main problems existing in current wage system, expounds the design principles and constituents of performance-based wage, and advances the management methods of the post-and-performance-based wage system.
