当今社会,各行各业纷纷引入精细化理念来提高管理水平。精细化管理的引入将促使引水单位改变现有工作模式,提高工作效率。该文就如何理解精细化管理的概念,结合引水单位的特点,阐述了引水单位应当如何推行精细化管理,以及应当注意的误区。
Now the society,the various trades and occupations in abundance introduce the fine refinement idea to raise the management level.
