摘要
基于可信性理论,研究了产品需求及到货产品质量不确定环境下的连续盘点(R,Q)库存模型。运用梯形模糊数表示需求、缺陷率等不确定性因素,首先运用模糊变量的期望值建立最优订货批量Q*;然后根据预定的服务水平约束确定合理的安全库存,以消除不确定因素对顾客满意度造成的影响,并确定相应的订货点,使整个库存在满足服务水平的同时,实现利润最大化。
Based on the credibility theory, continuous review inventory model is investigated under fuzzy demand and imperfect quality. In the paper, the uncertain factors are expressed by trapezoidal fuzzy number. Firse, by using the expected value of the fuzzy number, the optimal order quantity is decided. Second the safety stock and the reordering point are decided according to the required service level, in order to eliminate the influence of uncertainties on customers' satisfaction, and to maximize profit when the service level is satisfied.
