氢氧化钠溶液中锌缓蚀剂的研究

摘要 采用失重法研究了几种表面活性剂对锌在氢氧化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用。实验结果表明在10mol/L的氢氧化钠溶液中十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙胺对锌具有缓蚀作用,而吐温80对锌在氢氧化钠溶液中没有缓蚀作用。并研究了缓蚀剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠在不同温度下的缓蚀效果,并对其表观热力学和表观动力学以及吸附模型进行分析研究。 This paper studied several kinds of corrosion inhibitors for zinc in the solution of sodium hydroxide by weight loss method.The results showed that the dodecybenzene sulfate and Triethylamine had inhibition for zinc in the 10 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,and the tween 80 increased the corrosion rate for the zinc in the same solution.This paper compared the inhibitive efficiency of dodecybenzene sulfate for zinc in different concentration and temperature conditions.The apparent thermodynamics and dynamics were also studied,the results correspondent to the experiment results.
