摘要
目的:充分发挥实验中心的资源优势,全面推进素质教育,加强创新型人才的培养,加强学生实验技能的训练。方法:对学生采用教师引导、学生参与教师科研、学生独立实验三种方式进行开放;校内采用资源共享,校外采用科技合作、有偿服务进行开放。结果:通过开放,提高了仪器设备的使用率,弥补了学生课堂实验教学不足的问题,并且充分发挥了学生的主观能动性;但同时也面临实验队伍、运行经费、开放程度三个方面的问题。结论:药学实验中心的开放,达到了学生综合素质和创新能力提高的实验教学效果,但对开放实验室的运行和管理模式还需进一步探讨。
Objective: To explore how to use the resources of laboratory so as to promote quality education,develop students' experiment skills and enhance their innovation.Methods: The laboratory is open to students in the ways in which students participate in scientific research and perform experiments on their own and instructions are given by their professors.The opening of the lab is carried out through technology cooperation and paid service.Results: By opening the lab,its instruments are more efficiently utilized;deficiency of experiment teaching is compensated for and students' initiative is fully used.At the same time,there exist such problems as experiment team,running fund and range of opening.Conclusion: With the opening of the lab,students' comprehensive abilities and innovation are improved,and yet there are still some relative problems to be solved.
