p16蛋白在睑板腺癌中的表达及相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨p16在睑板腺癌(meibomian gland carcinoma,MGCA)中的表达及其生物学意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法),检测p16蛋白在65例石蜡包埋的睑板腺癌标本中的表达,并在不同分化程度及生物学行为的睑板腺癌之间进行比较。结果:睑板腺癌组织与癌旁组织中p16蛋白表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);睑板腺癌中,p16蛋白表达阳性率随组织学分级降低而降低,不同分化组中p16蛋白表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。不同生物学行为睑板腺癌中p16蛋白表达差异显著,无复发组p16蛋白表达率显著高于复发转移组(P<0.01)。结论:睑板腺癌中p16蛋白表达异常提示其在睑板腺癌发生发展中起着重要作用。p16蛋白的表达缺失或失活是睑板腺癌发生的重要分子事件,并与睑板腺癌的分化程度、浸润能力及复发转移密切相关,可以为临床判断预后提供依据。 AIM: To investigate the expression and biological significance of p16 protein in meibomian gland carcinoma (MGCA). METHODS: The expression of p16 protein in conventional paraffin sections from 65 MGCA cases were detected with SP immunohistochemical method. The expressive discrepancy was compared among MGCA cases having different differentiated level and biological behavior. RESULTS: The significant difference of the expression intensity of p16 proteins was appeared between MGCA and normal tissue by the side (P 〈 0.05). The positive expression rate of p16 proteins decreased with the deterioration of histological grade, the positive expression rate of p16 in the MGCA cases of well-differentiated group was higher than that in the cases of poorly differentiated group (P〈 0.01 ). There was significant difference in the p16 expression among MGCA cases having different biological behavior. The positive expression rate of p16 proteins in no recurrence group was much higher than that in the recurrence/deadexis group ( P〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Abnormal expression of p16 in MGCA may play an important role in the occurrence and development of MGCA, The deletion or inactivation expression of p16 is an important molecule event in the occurrence of MGCA, and it may be related with the differentiation level, invasion ability, recurrence and deadexis of MGCA, thus provide evidence for deciding prognosis clinically.
