摘要
对泥水式盾构施工所用泥浆的主要原材料及其性能进行了比选,初步提出了穿黄工程盾构施工泥浆性能主要指标的控制范围。并以某种性能的泥浆与开挖面之间的关系,作了简易模拟试验。在压力差条件下,出现了泥浆在开挖面形成透水性很小的泥皮,并可渗入一小距离的情况,这二者均对开挖面稳定有利。
The mud fluid’s raw materials used in the shield driven tunnelling across Yellow River for the Diversion Project from South to North China and their properties were compared and selected, and the control ranges of majer index of mud fluid properties were given. A scale down test for the relationship between a mud fluid with certain property and the excavation surface was conducted. The test results showed that, under possessing pressure difference condition, the mud fluid forms a layer in which the pervious discharge is very small and filters to a certain distance. This two statuses are favorable for excavation stability.
