摘要
五爪金龙(Ipomoeacairica(Linn.)Sweet)是粤东地区的主要入侵杂草,危害严重农林业生产和自然生态系统。采用超声波辅助乙醇浸提、硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠显色法测定并比较了自然生境中五爪金龙各器官的总黄酮质量分数,试图为五爪金龙生态适应性的探讨、化学成分开发利用的可行性提供有价值的参考。结果表明:总黄酮质量分数在五爪金龙不同器官中的分布规律相同,表现为叶>根>花>茎,叶片总黄酮质量分数与其他器官的差异均达显著水平(P<0.05),其中植物园生境中五爪金龙叶片总黄酮质量分数为最高,达到1.156mg·g-1,卧石洞生境中五爪金龙茎总黄酮质量分数最低,仅为0.175mg·g-1;不同的自然生境中,五爪金龙总黄酮质量分数也存在显著差异,光照强度及种间竞争程度这两个因子对五爪金龙的总黄酮质量分数有明显影响,彼此呈正相关关系;五爪金龙植物总黄酮质量分数最高为0.670mg·g-1(植物园),虽然五爪金龙的总黄酮质量分数低于目前已经报道的一些植物,但是其资源丰富,成本低廉,亦具有一定的开发价值。
Ipomoea cairica (Linn.) Sweet belong to Convolvulaceae and is the main invasive weed in Southern China Region, and does great harm to natural ecosystem, agriculture and forestry industry. The total flavone content (w) was extracted and measured from lpomoea cairica by using ultrasonic wave assisted ethanol extraction and AI(NO3)3-NaNO2 chromogenesis method, this experiment attempts to provide some value references for studying on ecological suitability, development and utilization of Ipomoea cairica, The main results were as follows: distribution of total flavone content had the same pattern in all parts ofIpomoea cairica in each habitat, which showed: leaf〉root〉flower〉stem, maximum value of total flavone content reached 1.156mg·g^-1 from leaf in botanic garden, minimum value of total flavone content was only 0.175 mg·g^-1 from stem in Woshi Hole, the significant difference of total flavone content existed between leaf and other organs at 0.05 level; total flavone contents of lpomoea cairica existed statistically significant difference among different natural habitats, light intensity and interspecific competition degree are two important factors for affecting total flavone content, and a steady equilibrium relationship exists between two factors and total flavone content; the average total flavone content of lpomoea cairica reached 0.670 mg·g^-1 (botanic garden), which is the highest level for all habitats and lower than some plants reported such as Eucommia ulmoides, Pueraria lobata and Ginkgo biloba, but Ipomoea cairica has still a certain exploitative and applied value because of abound resources and low cost.
