摘要
目的研究豆科植物植藤子[Entada phaseoloides(L.)Merr.]种仁的化学成分。方法采用硅胶,Sephadex LH- 20等分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和现代波谱学技术(MS、~1H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别为2,5-二羟基苯乙酸乙酯(1),2,5-二羟基苯乙酸甲酯(2),5-羟基-苯并呋喃-2-酮(3),榼藤酰胺A(4),硬脂酸甲酯(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7),豆甾醇(8)。结论化合物1,3,5,7,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Entada phaseoloides. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by the silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 chromatography, and their structures were elucidated based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as ethyl 2, 5-dihydroxy phenyl acetate ( 1 ), methyl 2,5-dihydroxy phenyl acetate (2), 5-hydroxybenzofuran-2 ( 3H)-one (3), entadamide A (4), methyl stearate (5) , β-sitosterol (6) , β-daucosterol (7)and stigmasterol (8). CONCLUSION Compound 1,3, 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from Entada genus for the first time and compound 6 was isolated from Entada phaseoloides for the first time.
