玉米中阿特拉津残留量的测定方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过综合运用微波萃取、柱层析和气相色谱氮磷检测器法分析研究玉米中阿特拉津残留量的测定方法。该方法的加标回收率为92%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.47%~4.35%,样品中的检出限为0.0005mg/kg。与国家标准(GB/T5009.132-2003)中的测定方法相比,本方法的样品提取时间大大缩短,试剂用量减少,精密度和准确度都有所提高。 Microwave-assisted extraction, integrated with column chromatography and gas chromatography with a nitrogen-phosphorus detector, was presented for residual determination of atrazine in corn. The recoveries of the method range from 92% to 104%. The relative standard deviation is between 1.47% and 4.35%. Compared with the method in China National Standards (GB/T 5009.132-2003), this is a rapid method with less solvent consumption and better precision and accuracy.
