对引起三聚氰胺装置中 CO_2汽提塔压差波动的原因进行了分析,并通过增加塔顶蒸汽盘管和增加塔顶冲洗水量,提高操作压力等措施来避免设备结晶堵塞,使 CO_2汽提塔的工作状况得到改善。
Analysized the fluctuation causes of melamine device CO2 stripper differential pressure. And determined to avoid the crystallization blockage by the ways of adding vapour coil on the tower top,increasing water quantity of tower top and intensifying the operating pressure etc. , by which improved the working status of CO2 stripper.
