摘要
目的测定伏牛山青翘与老翘中连翘苷的含量。方法以HPLC法测定伏牛山青翘与老翘中连翘苷的含量。结果连翘苷进样量在0.43-3.44μg范围内线性良好,其回归方程为Y=1E＋07X＋20 488,r=0.999 4,青翘中连翘苷含量较老翘中高近1倍多。结论该研究为伏牛山区连翘最佳采收期的确定和其质量标准的建立提供了实验依据。
Objective To determine the content of phillyrin from green and grown Fructus Forsythiae. Methods The content of phillyrin in green and grown Fructus Forsythiae was determined by HPLC. Results A good linearity for the phillyrin was obtained in the range 0.43 - 3.44μg, and the content of phillyrin in green Fructus forsythiae was higher than that in grown ones. Conclusion The research provided the experimental foundation for confirming the optimum harvest period and establishing the quality standard of Fructus forsythiae.
