摘要
目的建立蒜氨酸原料药理化性质和稳定性的评价方法。方法通过对蒜氨酸原料药理化性质的测定,确定了该化合物的理化鉴别方法,同时建立RP-HPLC法对蒜氨酸原料药的稳定性进行研究。结果该法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确性和重复性好。结论稳定性实验表明蒜氨酸原料药对高热、光照稳定;对高湿不稳定。
Objective To set up a method for evaluation of physiochemical characteristics and the stability of Alliin substance. Methods This experiment studied the physiochemical characteristics and the stability of Aallin substance by determinating physiochemical characteristics or by RP - HPLC method. Results The method was easy, accurate and stable. Conclusion Alliin substance is stable under the conditions of high temperature and strong light, but unstable under the conditions of high humidity.
