油茶种子抗肿瘤有效部位群化学成分含量的分析方法 被引量:10

摘要 目的建立准确简便测量油茶种子中抗肿瘤有效部位群化学成分含量的分析方法。方法采用分光光度法。结果油茶种子60%丙酮-水提物中总皂苷纯度为64.90%,总黄酮含量为11.81%,总酚含量为7.40%(其中鞣质占2.43%)。结论分光光度法测定以上3种物质简便易行,准确可靠,重复性和回收率都较理想。 Objective To establish the accurate and convenient method for determining the contents of total saponin, total flavonoids, total polyphenol and tannin in Camellia oleifera Abel. Methods The contents were determined by speetrophotometry. Resuits The contents of total saponin, total flavonoids, total polyphend and tannin were respectively 64.90% , 11.81% , 7, 40% and 2.43%. Conclusion The method is convenient and reliable for the determination of the three substances, and its reproducibility and recovery rate are fairly well.
