摘要
目的观察银杏叶提取物注射液治疗梅尼埃病的疗效。方法将86例病人按先后顺序以奇偶数依次分成2组，对照组（43例）给予复方丹参注射液16ml加入5％GS250ml静脉滴注，qd。治疗组43例，男性19例，女性24例，年龄23～60岁，给予银杏叶提取物注射液70mg加入5％GS或0．9％NS250ml，静脉滴注，qd，均2～7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为93％，对照组为74％，两组疗效比较经Ridit分析差异有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论银杏叶提取物注射液治疗梅尼埃病有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection in treatment of Meinere＇s disease. Methods 86 patients were randomly, double - blindly divided into two groups according to odd number and even number. The control group of 43 patients was administered Compound Danshen 16ml ＋ 5% glucose injection 250ml,iv, drip, qd. The treatment group of 43 patients,M 19, F 24, age 23 -60 years old received Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection 70mg ＋ 5% glucose injection 250ml,iv,drip,qd, for 2 -7 days. Results Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93% while 74% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups by Ridit analysis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection shows a good therapeutic effect on Meinere＇s disease.
