摘要 介绍了乌鞘岭大台竖井井筒衬砌施工工艺与流程,详细说明了深竖井井筒衬砌时混凝土输送管路的组成,以及垂直落差超过500m输送过程中出现的管路磨损、混凝土堵管及离析等现象所产生的原因及过程,并给出了预防措施及解决办法,同时强调通过严格的施工管理保证深竖井安全快速施工。 The construction techniques and procedures of the lining of Datai vertical shaft of Wushaoling tunnel are presented in the paper. The composition of the concrete delivery pipes for the lining construction of the deep shaft is described in detail. The processes of the pipeline wearing, pipeline blockage and concrete segregation that occur during the over 500 m vertical delivery of the concrete are described, analysis is made on the causes of the accidents and prevention and treatment measures are proposed. It is emphasized that the safe and rapid construction of the vertical shaft can only be achieved by means of strict construction management.
