摘要
介绍炼油厂燃油加热炉黏结性结垢烧结的原因与熔灰腐蚀的机理,对炼油厂加热炉黏结性灰垢成分以及影响熔灰腐蚀的因素进行分析,并阐述美国 wynn’s重油复合改良剂除垢与抑制腐蚀的机理,为解决炼油厂加热炉黏结性结垢与抑制高温灰垢腐蚀及低温硫腐蚀提供了有效方法。
This article presents the causes of vis- cous fouling and sintering,the mechanism of cor- rosion in the oil-fired heating furnace of oil re- finery,analyses the(bunker fuel conditioner) composition of viscous dust fouling in the heat- ing furnace of the refinery and the factors affect- ing melted ash corrosion,and elaborates the mechanism of fouling removal and corrosion in- hibition of US Wynn's compound improvement agent,thus providing effective methods for sol- ving viscous fouling,high-temperature dust fouling corrosion and low-temperature sulfur corrosion of the heating furnace in the oil refin- ery.
