摘要
农民工是医疗弱势群体的重要组成部分。为了保护农民工的医疗权利,既要使所有人享受平等的医疗保障,实现法律面前人人平等,保护农民工的医疗平等权;又要全面加强立法、行政和司法工作,充分调动各种社会资源,保护农民工的政治权利、生命健康权等医疗相关权利。
In order to protect the rural migrant workers＇ medical rights, which is a disadvantaged group, everyone equally enjoying the medical security should be emphasized to ensure their medical equality rights. In addition, legislation, administration and jurisdiction must be strengthened to protect their medical - associated rights.
