摘要
结合中国石化浙江石油分公司的实际情况,根据核心竞争力的4个基本特征,判定其核心竞争力为完善的终端销售网络。就该分公司如何打造终端销售网络竞争的优势,从"扩张"一"完善"一"增强"这个渐进的过程进行了分析论证。针对如何提升其核心竞争力提出了三方面的建议。
Combining with the reality of Sinopec Zhejiang Oil Products Company,based on the 4 basic characteris- tics of core competition,the article judges that the company's core competitiveness is optimized terminal sales network. Aiming at how to create the superiority in terminal sales network competition,it analyzes,expounds and proves the process progressing step by step from expansion to optimization and to reinforcement.Aiming at how to enhance the com- pany's core competitiveness,it puts forward suggestions in three aspects.
