摘要
分析了超长伪倾斜柔性掩护支架工作面采空区自然发火的特点,从回采、通风和灌浆方法等方面论述了最有利于防灭火的综合技术措施,且有效地防治了伪倾斜柔性掩护支架采空区的自然发火。
With application of a coal mining method with a over wide false dip longwall mining face with flexible hydraulic powered shield support in Moxin Coal Mine, there were several potential spontaneous combustion occurred in the residual coal in the goaf at the upper direction of the flexible hydraulic powered supports and the potential spontaneous combustion was in serious danger of the mine safety and coal production. After a deep study and analysis, the author understood that the cause of the seam combustion is due to an over length of the coal mining face, slow face advancing speed, high sulfur content of the coal, improper ventilation and others. The previous multiple way upward ventilation method had made an very rapid increasing of ventilation resistance in middle and upper sections of the goaf and a high pressure differential between upper and low sections. There was a large ventilation leakage in the middle section of the goaf where the residual coal could be easy to be oxidized. Also due to the high sulfur content of the coal, the sulfur in the coal will be easy to have an oxidation reaction with oxygen and water in the low temperature and moisture goaf and therefore the residual coal in the goaf will be easy to be burned. Some technical measures , such as residual coal reduction in the goaf, downward ventilation, grouting of Ca(OH)2 oxidation resistance liquid and others are proposed in the paper for the prevention and control of the residual coal in the goaf.
