摘要
目的探讨群体性创伤急救护理模式,提高抢救成功率,缩短有效抢救时间,提高患者满意度。方法对群体创伤的急救护理流程进行再造,采用全程护理服务流程,观察记录流程再造前后患者的抢救成功率、有效抢救时间及患者满意度。结果流程再造组患者抢救成功率提高,有效抢救时间缩短,轻度创伤患者的满意度较高,均为 P<0.05,重度创伤患者的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对群体创伤患者进行全程护理服务,可有效提高群体创伤患者的抢救成功率,缩短有效抢救时间,提高患者满意度,降低医疗风险。
Objective To explore the nursing mode of first aid for group patients with injuries, and thereby to increase the success rate and shorten first aid time,as well as improve patients＇ satisfaction. Method The first aid process for group patients with injuries was redesigned to provide whole process of nursing service for the patients. The success rate of first aid,effective first aid time,and patients＇ satisfaction were compared before and after the process reengineering, Results After the process reengineering, the success rate of first aid was higher,the effective first aid time was shortened,and the mild pa- tients＇ satisfaction was increased （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in serious patients＇ satisfaction between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Providing whole process of nursing service for group patients with injuries can effectively increase the success rate of first aid, shorten the first aid time,improve patients＇ satisfaction and reduce medical risks.
