摘要 多年生黑麦草是适应性很强的牧草和草坪草种,转基因技术的应用已成为其育种研究的重要途径。为此,概述了多年生黑麦草组织培养和遗传转化方面的研究进展,首次探讨了转基因多年生黑麦草的生物安全性。 Perennial ryegrass is a pasture and turfgrass species holding strong adaptability. The applications of transgenic technology had already been an important approach on its breeding. The research progress in tissue culture and genetic transformation of perennial ryegrass were reviewed. The biosafety of perennial ryegrass was discussed for the first time.
