摘要
目的:探讨以冻结步态为首发症状的一组运动障碍性疾病的临床特点。方法:对8例早期出现冻结步态的患者进行前瞻性研究。结果:8例患者经过1～3年的临床随访,2例临床诊断为进行性核上性眼肌麻痹(PSP),1例为路易体痴呆(DLB),1例为帕金森综合征(PS),1例为正常压力脑积水(NPH),3例为原发性进行性冻结步态(PPFG)。结论:冻结步态可以是多种运动障碍疾病的早期突出表现。
To explore the characteristics of a group of movement disorders which showed primary symptom of freezing gait. Methods： To study prospectively clinical materials of 8 patients who showed primary symptom of freezing gait. Results： Of eight patients followed up for 1 to 3.5 years, two were diagnosed as progressive supranuclear palsy（PSP）, one diagnosed as dementia diffuse Lewy body（DLB）, one was parkinsonism, one was normal pressure hydrocephalus（NHP）, three were primary progressive freezing gait （PPFG）. Conclusion： Freezing gait is a sign with diverse causes, which may be the early predominant symptom of some movement disorders.
